Mechanical recycling capabilities


The Mechanical Recycling platform combines equipment and expertise at CETI and its subsidiary CETIA to support the preparation, mechanical recycling and valorisation of textile waste.

It integrates:

  • Automated sorting by colour and composition,

  • Textile and footwear dismantling, and

  • mechanical fiber recovery through industrial fraying technologies.

These capabilities enable:

  • The development and validation of recycling processes,

  • The incorporation of recycled raw materials into new products, and
